Modifíquese el artículo 52 del Decreto 1686 de 2012, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 52. Prohibición de autorización de agotamiento de rótulos o etiquetas y producto. No se concederá autorización de agotamiento de rótulos o etiquetas ni de producto terminado, en los siguientes casos

1.

Cuando se solicite argumentando cambio de clasificación, marca o aclaración de la verdadera naturaleza del producto.

2.

Por cambio de graduación alcoholimétrica o variación en ingredientes secundarios (sabor y color).

3.

Por cambio de registro sanitario.”
