A efecto de acomodar las dependencias del Ministerio de Industrias y trabajo a las necesidades de los distintos ramos que están a su cuidado, en forma que presten un servicio eficaz, autorizase al Poder Ejecutivo para ensanchar, reducir y modificar los servicios técnicos de aquél, pudiendo contratar expertos, crear y suprimir o refundir puestos, y fijarles funciones.

Parágrafo

De estas facultades podrá hacer uso el Poder Ejecutivo hasta el 20 de julio de 1936.
