Artículo quince. Todos los funcionarios administrativos del orden nacional, departamental y municipal estarán obligados a colaborar en la vigilancia de los precios y en el control de los brotes de especulación o acaparamiento. Los Alcaldes y demás funcionarios encargados de la aplicación de este Decreto precederán a organizar Comités Cívicos de Vigilancia para que cooperen con ellos en el cumplimiento de sus funciones sobre control de precios.
