Solicitud de nuevas licencias en el período comprendido entre la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y el 1º de agosto de 2007. Quien presente solicitud para la prestación del servicio de TPBCLD, en el período comprendido entre la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y el 1º de agosto del año 2007, deberá someterse al cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 35 del Decreto 2542 de 1997.

Parágrafo

Para la prestación del servicio se aplicarán las normas contenidas en este Decreto.
