Artículo octavo. Las ofensas contenidas en los escritos presentados o en los discursos pronunciados por las partes, o por sus representantes o abogados, ante la autoridad de la Rama Jurisdiccional, en el desarrollo de un procedimiento judicial, están sujetos únicamente a correcciones de índole disciplinaria impuestas por dicha autoridad, siempre que no fueren dadas a la publicidad y conciernan al objeto del proceso respectivo.
