El Instituto de Fomento Municipal queda autorizado para celebrar, con la previa aprobación del Gobierno, operaciones de crédito a largo plazo, hasta por la suma de treinta millones de pesos ($ 30.000.000), con el objeto de allegar los recursos que le permitan llenar cumplidamente los fines señalados en el presente Decreto.
