Los Directores Ejecutivos de las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes son funcionarios de éstas, nombrados por el Director del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, de ternas presentadas por los respectivos Consejos Directivos. Los Directores Ejecutivos se posesionarán ante el Director del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte.
