Recepción y verificación de la solicitud. Recibida la solicitud de inscripción, autorización o habilitación, el funcionario competente deberá realizar el examen de la misma, así como de los documentos anexos, con el propósito de verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en el presente Decreto y en las normas que lo reglamenten, en el término de quince (15) días contados a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de recepción de la solicitud.
