El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores podrá disponer la cancelación de la visa cuando el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, previa investigación determine que el extranjero ha incumplido algunas de las obligaciones previstas en el presente Decreto o haya Incurrido en falsedad para obtener la visa. En este caso, deberá abandonar el país dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la notificación del acto de cancelación so pena de ser deportado.
