Artículo cuarto. Si la divulgación se hiciere mediante el empleo de expresiones indirectas, como "se dice"; "corre el rumor"; "se asegura"; "se nos ha informado"; "en círculos autorizados", o cualquier otra similar, equivaldrá a injuria manifiesta, con tal de que sean idóneas para identificar con facilidad la persona ofendida por parte de quien oye o lee la divulgación.
