Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir del primero (1°) de marzo de 2007 y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.

Vigencia Y Derogatorias
Decreto 343 de 2007 · por el cual se dictan disposiciones para unificar la reglamentación prudencial de las operaciones establecidas en el Decreto 4432 de 2006 realizadas por entidades sometidas a inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y los fondos mutuos de inversión controlados, se modifica el régimen de inversiones de las reservas técnicas de las entidades aseguradoras y de las sociedades de capitalización y se dictan otras disposiciones relacionadas.
