Dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes a la fecha en que la resolución sea notificada al infractor, éste podrá presentar escrito en que solicite la reconsideración de la medida, al cuál podrá acompañar las pruebas que considere convenientes para su descargo. La solicitud se decidirá de plano por el Director de la Oficina de Información y Propaganda.
