Artículo setentaiocho. Derechos de los remitentes Los remitentes de los envíos postales tienen los siguientes derechos: a). Obtener la devolución de los envíos que no hayan sido entregados a los destinatarios; b). Solicitar la reexpedición de sus envíos a distinto lugar del primitivo; c) Percibir las indemnizaciones reglamentarias siguientes: I. Tratándose de envíos recomendados Por pérdidas, siempre que no se deban acaso fortuito o fuerza mayor, una indemnización fija e igual para cada envío. II. Tratándose de envíos asegurados: Por expoliación: El importe de lo que falta; Por pérdida: El importe total en que se hubiere asegurado la pieza. III. Tratándose valores declarados: Por expoliación: El importe del faltante; Por pérdida: El importe del valor declarado IV. Tratándose reembolsos: Por pérdida: El valor del reembolso declarado a). Los demás que establezcan los convenios postales
