°. Duración de la aprobación. El Programa de Fomento para la Industria Automotriz aprobado estará vigente mientras se mantengan las condiciones que generaron su aprobación, se cumplan las obligaciones derivadas del mismo, y no se haya declarado la terminación o cancelación del Programa en los términos establecidos en los artículos 13 y 14 del presente decreto.
