Si el Jurado Electoral no resolviere oportunamente las reclamaciones sobre inclusión o exclusión de nombres en el censo electoral, cada uno de los miembros de aquél que hubiere dado lugar a la omisión, pagará una multa de cinco pesos por cada reclamación que hubiere quedado sin resolver.
