La licitación de especies según lo dispuesto por la regla primera del artículo 1394 del Código Civil, se hará por ante el Juez, siguiendo las reglas del remate en juicio ejecutivo, pero no se admitirán licitadores extraños sino cuando algún consignatario lo pida.
