La Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero reestructurará sus líneas de crédito de manera que pueda prestar sus servicios con la mayor cobertura posible a los pescadores artesanales y cooperativas pesqueras, tomando en consideración las circunstancias especiales propias del desarrollo de sus actividades. Con este propósito, coordinará sus acciones con el INPA en los aspectos técnicos y, con el Fondo Nacional de Garantías, en lo relacionado con el otorgamiento de avales.
