ART 184. El funcionario ó empleado público que, usurpando facultades y de mano poderosa, cohiba la libertad de imprenta y circulación de impresos, ó que, extralimitando las órdenes superiores, cometiere violencias ú otros abusos contra escritores ó impresores, será privado de su empleo y pagará una multa de ciento á quinientos pesos.

Derógase el artículo 430 del Código Penal.
