Artículo quinto. Cuando el fallecimiento del pensionado ocurriere sin haber informado sobre los beneficiarios de la sustitución de la pensión, los interesados deberán solicitarla llevando las pruebas pertinentes. El funcionario ordenará la publicación del edicto contemplado en el artículo anterior y dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a su publicación, los interesados deberán aportar las pruebas en que funden su derecho. El funcionario del conocimiento deberá resolver dentro de los mismos términos del artículo anterior.
