Reglas especiales para primaria. Los educadores asimilados en virtud de este Decreto que prestan sus servicios en la enseñanza primaria y carecen de título docente, se regirán para efectos de ascenso a los distintos grados del Escalafón por la siguiente tabla de requisitos:
