Article 5

La Distinción Nacional Del Medio Ambiente, Será Acreditada Por Medio De Un Diploma En Pergamino De Treinta Y Cinco (35) Centímetros De Ancho Por Setenta (70) Centímetros De Largo En El Cual Se Transcribirá En Letra De Estilo, En Tintas Negra, Amarilla, Azul Y Roja El Contenido Del Decreto Ejecutivo Que Confiere La Distinción, En Cuya Parte Superior Llevará El Escudo Nacional

° La Distinción Nacional del Medio Ambiente, será acreditada por medio de un diploma en pergamino de treinta y cinco (35) centímetros de ancho por setenta (70) centímetros de largo en el cual se transcribirá en letra de estilo, en tintas negra, amarilla, azul y roja el contenido del decreto ejecutivo que confiere la distinción, en cuya parte superior llevará el Escudo Nacional.

Parágrafo

Además del diploma, el Canciller de la distinción podrá otorgar al acreedor de la misma, un objeto simbólico alusivo o relacionado con el Medio Ambiente.
