Art. 2.° Los empleados de la Junta Central de Lazaretos, de la Imprenta Nacional, Panóptico de Bogotá, Cárceles de Circuito, Intendencias y demás que no figuran en este Decreto, seguirán disfrutando de los sueldos que hoy tienen, mientras se les señalan otros, guardando la proporción establecida en este Decreto.
