Cuando el Tribunal Disciplinario Nacional considere que no hay lugar a la imposición de la sanción a que se refiere el literal d) del artículo 65 referido, devolverá al Tribunal Disciplinario Seccional correspondiente el informativo, para que este aplique la sanción que sea de su competencia.
