Art. 50. Las corporaciones, empleados ó funcionarios públicos que dejen de cumplir el deber que se les impone en el artículo 35 del presente Decreto, incurrirán en una inulta de veinte pesos por cada estampilla que dejen de anular, multa que impondrá el respectivo superior. Se hace extensiva á los empleados que menciona este artículo la disposición de que trata el artículo anterior.
