Artículo transitorio . Si al entrar en vigencia la presente Ley, se hallare en el curso o se hubiere aprobado los presupuestos distritales y municipales, deberán presentar a los respectivos concejos dentro de los siguientes ocho (8) días hábiles, las modificaciones pertinentes al proyecto de presupuesto o presupuesto aprobado a efectos de ajustar las apropiaciones de las personerías y contralorías conforme a las disposiciones de la presente Ley.
