° El que divulgue los hechos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, incurrirá en multa de mil a quince mil pesos. Si de tal divulgación se obtiene provecho personal, la multa se aumentará hasta en la mitad. En caso de reincidencia, la pena será de uno a seis meses de arresto.
