Artículo cuarto. La Junta Directiva de la Corporación señalará cuales son los productos Farmacéuticos y demás elementos que para su más fácil y económica adquisición o conservación, o por razones geográficas o de urgencias por no figurar en el formulario medico o en las listas de la Corporación pueden ser adquiridos directamente por las entidades a que se refiere la Ley 28 de 1963.
