Con el fin de aumentar los recursos departamentales, el ordinal a) del artículo1° de la Ley 52de 1920, quedará así: “a) Un peso ($ 1.00) por cada cien pesos del valor de todo acto, contrato o instrumento escriturario estimado en dinero, que pase o se otorgue ante Notario, y por cada cien pesos del valor de los documentos privados”. Este artículo regirá a partir del primero de octubre del presente año.
