Artículo único. En lo sucesivo será de sesenta pesos mensuales la cuota de la pension de que debe disfrutar la viuda del espresado militar de la Independencia. Esta pension se le pagará en los mismos términos que la otorgada por "decreto lejislativo de 1.° de julio de 1871, por el cual se concede una pension," i estará sujeta a las mismas condiciones.
