Las acciones son transferibles como títulos nominativos y con arreglo a las leyes;.pero la Compañía no reconoce como propietario de acciones sino a aquel que reúna las condiciones señaladas en el artículo 10. La cesión de acciones comprenderá la de los dividendos decretados y no cobrados, a menos que el cedente se reserve este derecho en la carta de traspaso.
