Articulo 10. El Contador Almacenista será responsable no solo de las cantidades de dinero que reciba, sino de los materiales, útiles y enseres que estén en su poder, y como tal está obligado a llenar las formalidades incluidas en el capitulo V del Código Fiscal, y asegurara su manejo con una fianza de mil quinientos pesos.
