Art. 4.° Son alumnos: l.° los individuos nombrados por los Gobiernos de los Estados y por el de la Nación, conforme á los decretos números 514 de 1879 (29 de Noviembre) y 900 de 1881 (29 de Noviembre), los cuales se denominan "alumnos oficiales;" 2.° los que el Director admita conforme á disposiciones del Reglamento los cuales se denominan "alumnos particulares."
