° Tanto el personal de tropa combatiente como el contratado tendrá derecho a los servicios de alimentación, lavado y peluquería por cuanta del Gobierno, para lo cual se fija la suma de diez pesos ($ 10) mensuales para cada uno de los individuos anteriormente mencionados.
