Son Funciones Del Grupo De Control Y Ejecución: A) Elaborar El Anteproyecto De Presupuesto Anual De Gastos Generales Del Ministerio

Articulo 27. Son funciones del Grupo de Control y Ejecución

a)

Elaborar el anteproyecto de presupuesto anual de gastos generales del ministerio.

b)

Elaborar los proyectos de traslados presupuestales.

c)

Elaborar proyectos de acuerdos mensuales de gastos.

d)

Ejecutar el presupuesto asignado de acuerdo con las necesidades.

e)

Llevar relación de los gastos e inversiones que se hagan durante la vigencia fiscal.

f)

Formar y mantener al día el inventario de bienes del Ministerio.

g)

Llevar la contabilidad general del Ministerio, examinar las cuentas y pasarlas a la contraloría General de la República para su fenecimiento y controlar los fondos y cajas.
