Las sucesiones de personas fallecidas con ocasión del desastre del Nevado del Ruiz podrán liquidarse ante notario, cualquiera que fuere su cuantía, siempre que todos los herederos y el cónyuge sobreviviente sean capaces y procedan de común acuerdo por medio de apoderado quien deberá ser abogado titulado.
