La disposición anterior regirá para las Secciones hipotecarias que se establezcan, en virtud de esta Ley, en los Bancos comerciales que hoy existen para los cuales se expedirán reglamentos orgánicos por la Junta Directiva de la respectiva entidad bancaria, y que serán considerados como estatutos especiales de la expresada Sección hipotecaria.
