Art. 73. Cuando por alguna circunstancia no concurriere á la visita de cárcel el Magistrado á quien corresponda presidirla, según el Artículo 114 de la Ley 57 de 1887 , presidirá esta diligencia uno de los Jueces Superiores, por su orden, ó uno de los Jueces de Cicuito en lo criminal, con el empleado del Tribunal que haga de Secretario.
