Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para reorganizar la Imprenta Nacional, la Litografía Nacional y el Almacén de Libros, con la facultad de crear y suprimir empleos, fijar asignaciones y señalar las funciones del personal.

De las autorizaciones que se confieren por el presente artículo podrá hacer uso el Gobierno hasta el 20 de julio de 1936, dentro de la suma total que se apropie en el Presupuesto para personal y material de la Sección 4ª del Ministerio de Gobierno y sus dependencias.
