Cambio e inclusión de nuevos socios, fusión, liquidación y venta de empresa. La Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada, de manera previa autorizará mediante acto administrativo el cambio e inclusión de socios, fusión, liquidación y venta de los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada de que trata el presente Decreto”.
