Art. 6.° Todas las rentas y valores destinados por la Nación, por los Departamentos, por los Municipios y por las sociedades de beneficencia para los Lazaretos, serán administrados como renta nacional, y se destinarán exclusivamente al sostenimiento de éstos y al de las colonias que se establezcan.
