° El acto administrativo mediante el cual se imponga una sanción deberá notificarse en la forma prevista en el Decreto 2733 de 1959. Contra él procede únicamente por la vía gubernativa, el recurso de reposición, del cual ha de hacerse uso dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes al de su notificación. Corresponde al ICFES llevar el registro de las sanciones impuestas y adoptar las medidas conducentes para que ellas se hagan efectivas.
