Artículo primero. Autorízase al Gobernador del Departamento de Antioquia para vender en pública subasta y mediante el lleno de los requisitos legales correspondientes, las fincas denominadas "Pocune", en el Municipio de Segovia; "Leticia", en jurisdicción de Cáceres; "Antadó", situada en el Distrito de Ituango; "Cerrazón", en el Municipio de Debeiba; "Bejuquillo", en el Municipio de Matatá, y ''Granja de Ríogrande", situada en el Municipio de Turbo.
