ARTICULO 2.1.4.2.16 .- SORTEOS. En los contratos de capitalización podrá establecerse la realización de sorteos, con las siguientes limitaciones

No podrán concederse premios cuyo valor no esté contemplado en el cálculo de la cuota;

Ningún título podrá participar en más de un sorteo por mes;

El suscriptor favorecido, después de recibir el premio, podrá perseverar en el contrato o terminarlo con derecho al correspondiente valor de rescate, y

El premio de cada sorteo no podrá ser superior al valor que correspondería al título a su vencimiento.
