º. Revisoría Fiscal. El Instituto de Seguros Sociales tendrá un Revisor Fiscal designado por el órgano competente para períodos anuales. El Revisor fiscal cumplirá las funciones previstas en el Libro II, Título I, Capítulo VIII del Código de Comercio y se sujetará a lo allí dispuesto, sin perjuicio de lo prescrito en otras normas. En cuanto sea pertinente se aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo 79 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero.
