El inciso 2 del numeral 59 del artículo 5, del Decreto 284 de 1973, quedará así: Los documentos de promesa de contrato, cien pesos ($100.00). La cláusula penal y la de arras que se estipulen en éstos, no causarán impuesto de timbre.
