Sanciones Por El Ejercicio De La Arquitectura Y Sus Profesiones Auxiliares

Ley 435 de 1998 · LEY 435 DE 1998, 10/02/1998, por la cual se reglamenta el ejercicio de la profesión de Arquitectura y sus profesiones auxiliares, se crea el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Arquitectura y sus profesiones auxiliares, se dicta el Código de Etica Profesional, se establece el Régimen Disciplinario para estas profesiones, se reestructura el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura en Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y sus profesiones auxiliares y otras disposiciones.

Quien ejerza ilegalmente la Profesión de Arquitectura y/o Profesiones Auxiliares de Arquitectura, viole cualquiera de las disposiciones de que trata la presente ley o, autorice, facilite, patrocine, encubra el ejercicio ilegal de la Arquitectura y las Profesiones Auxiliares, incurrirá en las sanciones que la ley fija para los casos de ejercicio ilegal sin perjuicio de las sanciones disciplinarias, éticas, civiles, y administrativas a que haya lugar.
