° El presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, para fines fiscales tendrá efectos a partir de la fecha señalada en el artículo 20 del decreto 2640 de 1973 y para su validez requiere la aprobación mediante Decreto, del Gobierno Nacional; que llevará, además de la firma del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, la firma del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público como Organismo al cual está adscrito el Instituid Geográfico "Agustín, Codazzi" y como certificación de que existe la apropiación presupuestal suficiente para cubrir su costo.
