El Gobierno nacional, en un plazo máximo de cuatro (4) meses contados a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, deberá emitir los decretos reglamentarios con el fin de cumplir las medidas ordenadas en el artículo 13 de la Ley 1618 de 2013 que permitan garantizar el derecho al trabajo de las personas con discapacidad.
