REPRESENTACIÓN CALIFICADA. Los organismos mutuales de segundo y tercer grado establecerán en los estatutos, el régimen de votación y representación proporcional al número de asociados, al volumen de operaciones con la entidad, estableciendo un mínimo y un máximo que aseguren la participación de sus miembros e impidan el predominio excluyente de alguno de ellos.
