DEL REGISTRO DE LAS SANCIONES. De todo acto administrativo mediante el cual se imponga una sanción disciplinaria se remitirá copia al Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y al Jefe de Personal de la respectiva entidad para que éste la archive en la hoja de vida del funcionario, salvo en el caso de la sanción de amonestación escrita.
